Returns and Exchanges Guidelines:

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or unopened, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used and opened will not be eligible for a return.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@matchaground.com within fifteen [15] days of receiving your order.  Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

 

Refund or Exchange:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten [10] business days after we receive the returned item.  Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as personalized or custom orders, are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, excluding any associated return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items:

Clearance items or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
